  • Are you insured?
    • Of course! At the top of this page, click on “Insurance” to download a copy. We carry a 1mil/2mil aggregate. Most parks and recreation have a current certificate on file. If they don’t, simply request one and we will take care of it! If you are a private party, church or school and would like to be listed as additional insured, arrangements can be made (some fee’s apply). For an additional insured certificate, Carnival Times needs client information 3 weeks in advance.

  • What are your prices?
    • Many of our rates are shown on the website. Rates for moonwalks (bouncers) and combo’s are listed once you click on the image. Rates for food machines, and accessories are also listed. When a rate is not listed, it usually means that special pricing may be available for this item. Or a discounted rate can be made possible with a package or for an event with a shorter timeframe.

    • Delivery fee may apply for deliveries beyond 20 miles from our warehouse. There is an additional fee if overnight is requested.
  • Do you offer Package Rates on multiple items and multiple reservations?
    • Yes! There are a number of on-going specials, but also we can provide a discounted rate on packages when multiple items are reserved. Savings can be up to 30% off the normal rental rate! Call for a price quote on your package! References available!
  • Do you offer Customer Pickups on any of your bounce houses or other items?
    • Yes! We do allow customer's to pick-up select items from our warehouse area. We offer two options, for a discounted rate units must be returned no later than 8 PM. If item cannot be returned until after 8 PM the full rate is charged. There is a fee if items are not returned same day.
  • Things you should know:
    • A truck works best for any inflatable.
    • Inflatables are heavy, must be able to easily manage weight of the unit.
    • If you are not driving and dropping the unit at the place it will be setup, you must have a two-wheeler or cart of some sort to transport.
  • Do you regularly maintain, clean, and disinfect their inflatables?
    • Yes we do. We maintain our inflatables every time they are used either at the location or prior to the event. We inspect for cleanliness, wear and tear. Keep in mind, in the Fall leaves are always going to be “falling.”
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    • We accept all major credit cards, if you are paying with a credit card please contact Carnival Times in advance of your party (driver’s do not have processing machines). Checks are accepted with valid driver’s license information. If you need to make other arrangements for payment (ie PO) please let us know at the time of the rental reservation.
  • When is my payment due?
    • A deposit is required at the time of your reservation. The remaining balance is due at the time of setup.
  • I want to make a reservation, what’s next?
    • Once you know which items you would like to reserve, please call to finalize your reservation and to check availability. Weekends are our busiest days of the week, so plan ahead.
    • Last minute reservations are not a problem. We have plenty of items in our inventory to choose from! You can reserve an inflatable at anytime. Some items are more popular than others so planning ahead and making your reservations sooner rather than later is a good idea.
  • What is provided with the reservation?
    • We provide delivery, setup and tear down. Operation instructions are provided at the time of delivery. Staff can be provided for an additional fee.
  • Operation Rules to Follow:
    • Only compatible age groups and size shall play on the CARNIVAL TIMES unit at the same time. The Maximum number of riders of each group that should play in the CARNIVAL TIMES unit at one time.
    • All riders MUST REMOVE SHOES before playing in the CARNIVAL TIMES unit.
    • To avoid neck and back injuries, FLIPS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
    • CHILDREN- SAFETY DEPENDS UPON YOU. YOUR PERSONAL SUPERVISION IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED. AS THE LESSEE OF THE CARNIVAL TIMES UNIT, THE SAFETY OF ALL RIDERS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
    • Absolutely no "Silly String", gum, candy, food or other sticky substances are allowed in the CARNIVAL TIMES unit. If upon pick up, such cleaning is required then a $60.00 PER HOUR cleaning fee shall be automatically imposed.
    • CAUTION: Keep the CARNIVAL TIMES unit away from swimming pools.
